Refund Timeline
- Refunds for cancelled orders before shipment will be initiated within 2 – 5 business days of cancellation confirmation.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- It may take an additional 2–3 days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return and Replacement Policy
Return Window
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 5 days of delivery, in cases of:
- Damaged products
- Wrong product delivered
- Product with tampered seal
Steps to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support via info@oviyasglobal.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order ID, reason for return, and clear images or videos showing the issue (e.g., damaged item, wrong product, batch number, invoice, packaging).
- Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup within 4–7 business days.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed only if products are returned in original condition with seals, packaging, and labels intact.
Conditions for Rejection of Returns
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Original packaging or accessories are missing or damaged.
- Product has been used, altered, or tampered with.
- Return request is made after 5 days of delivery.
- Product was a free gift or promotional item.
Refund for Returned Orders
- Once the product is received and verified at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days.
- Prepaid refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer once bank details are provided by the customer.
Coupon Codes, Discounts & Loyalty Points
- Promotional codes, discount vouchers, or loyalty points used in an order will not be reinstated if the order is cancelled or returned.
- These are single-use benefits and are considered consumed once applied.
