Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email at info@oviyasglobal.com or call us at 8796222859 between 9 AM and 9 PM, all days of the week.
Once we confirm the order has not been dispatched, your cancellation request will be processed and the refund will be initiated within 2 to 5 business days.

Cancellation After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
If a shipped order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to deduct logistics and handling charges before processing the refund.
